Vegetarian. Hip hop head. Bookworm. Movie fanatic. Shamontiel (pronounced Shuh mawn tee el) L. Vaughn is the author of two novels: "Round Trip" and "Change for a Twenty"; a proud graduate of Lincoln University (MO); and has over 400 articles published in various print and online publications. She is a member of Sigma Tau Delta (International English Honor Society), and the winner of the 2003 Missouri Writer's Guild Walter Williams award and Lincoln University's 2007 Master Student for outstanding service.
