God’s words are life to us and physical health to all our flesh (Proverbs 4:22), the prayer below has been filled with the Word—and what God has to say about your health and healing.
As you make this prayer your confession, saying it out loud over and over, it will help build an image of health in your heart.
Take a moment breath deeply and place yourself near him and with him. It is only in the quiet of our hearts do we connect with prayer and sense of self and divine.
Take a moment and reflect on what hurts or ails you now.
Father, I come boldly before Your throne to obtain grace to help in time of need. I have confidence in Your Word, and I take hold of Your promises to heal me. According to Isaiah 53:5 and I Peter 2:24, I resist sickness and disease. I speak with my mouth and believe in my heart that I am healed of all sickness and disease.
Your Word says that Jesus bore all my sickness and diseases, and He carried my sorrows, so I receive healing now. I know and declare that Jesus is my Healer. I give You all the praise for providing everything I need to walk in wholeness.
Thank You for satisfying me with long life. Father, I am thankful that You are no respecter of persons. What You do for one, You will do for all who ask and believe by faith. Amen
May you feel great today!

Strength is a characteristic that is often underrated. Praying for strength is merely understanding that you are seeking out the ability to survive in our insane world.
We can compare our spiritual development to the construction process of building a home. When building anything from the ground up , a great deal of time is spent on preparing the foundation for the massive weight of the building. If the foundation is not prepared correctly, then after the weight of the building is applied, the foundation may crack, thereby causing serious concern for the stability of the building. So it is too with our spiritual lives. We spend time training our minds to sharpen our intellectual skills.
In this time of need, strengthen me. You are my strength and my shield; You are my refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. I know, Father, that Your eyes go to and fro throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts long for You. The body grows weary, but my hope is in you to renew my strength.
I do not fear, for you are with me.
I am not dismayed or overwhelmed, for you are my God. I know You will strengthen me and help me; that You will uphold me with Your righteous hand. Even as the shadows of illness cover me, I feel the comfort of Your strength, Or Lord. Amen.
So what is spiritual strength and capacity and how can we develop ourselves? Spiritual strength is the ability to carry an enduring spirit that follows the unpopular path when the world seems to want to fold in on itself. It is being able to stand for something when doing the right thing is not popular at the time. (Numbers 14:24) It is the development of a strong prayer life, never avoiding spiritual conflict and a willingness to be inconvenienced.

Today is the day that the working parents should know that you are appreciated. Working parents in particular struggle to meet the hardest demands of every day living. Raising a responsible well- rounded adult may be the hardest job anyone has to do in life. When we attempt to guide young lives we shape the future. That future is stronger or weaker by what we give to it.
It does not matter if you are rich or poor, famous or infamous. All parents who are have the same concerns. It is just a matter of making sure that we place those issues in an appropriate place. Prayer is one place to begin.
When you hold a child it can be a dream come true for many. It is just the larger task of embracing, understanding and growing everything that entails.
Angela Basset once said, “Just standing there together, holding each other with the realization that this is the moment that we’ve been working toward, praying for.”
So today let our prayer raise to the heavens for some divine help.
