A new class of Chicago firefighters graduates today -- and it includes applicants from a controversial entrance exam given in 1995.
A Supreme Court ruling found the exam discriminated against African American candidates.
Of the 111 applicants in the class 86 will graduate today.
The City of Chicago has to pay nearly $80 million to compensate thousands of African Americans discriminated against as they tried to become Chicago firefighters.
