Members of the clergy and Chicagoland residents made their thoughts known Monday by picketing outside the Suburban Sporting Goods Guns & Ammo shop in Melrose Park.
The clergy said, "Guns and drugs are coming into our communities from the outside and jobs and education are going out of our communities. That is the formula for violence and death. That is a formula that the religious community must resist."
