LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Little Rock police say a man wanted for murder has kidnapped his infant son at gunpoint.
Authorities issued a Morgan Nick/Amber alert
Tuesday morning for 8-month-old Raymond Moore Jr.
Police say Raymond Moore Sr. took the baby from his
Little Rock home on Monday. He is wanted for his alleged role in a shootout
that left a man dead last August at a southwest Little Rock motel. Three others
have been arrested and police say Moore is the last suspect still being sought.
Two other men were wounded in the shootout.
Authorities have arrested a man who allegedly drove
Moore to kidnap the child but have not been able to locate Moore himself.
Moore is 28, black, 5-11, with brown eyes and short
black hair, but may wear a wig.
