CHICAGO (AP) — Police in Chicago are investigating
the stabbing deaths of a mother and her two daughters whose bodies were found
in an apartment on the city's South Side.
Police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer says the victims were a 43-year-old woman and two girls, ages 17 and 11. Their names aren't being released.
All three were found stabbed in a home in the city's Morgan Park neighborhood late Monday.
Police say investigators are looking into whether the attack stemmed from a domestic situation. Officers are questioning a person of interest in connection with the deaths. No charges have been filed.
