BLACK HISTORY MONTH The Bronzeville Children’s Museum, 9301 S. Stony Island Ave., presents a Special Black History Month Program entitled “Yes, We, Can” that will expose children to the possibilities of realizing their dreams. There will be four Saturday programs from 2 - 4 p.m. February 7 - Dream; February 14 - Learn; February 21; Serve and February 28- Succeed. Senior/Student tickets are $25. VICTORY GARDENS BIOGRAPH THEATER, 2433 N. Lincoln Ave., introduces the Chicago premiere of Tanya Barfield’s Pulitzer-nominated drama Blue Door that consists of a mysterious action of four generations of Black history. Barfield play is a riveting exploration of family identity. Bruce A. Young co-stars with Lindsay Smiling, who is making his Chicago debut in the production that is directed by Andrea J. Dymond. Performance continues through February 28.
