One killed, two injured in shooting at Ill. home

BOLINGBROOK, Ill. — Authorities say one person has been killed and two others injured in a shooting at a suburban Chicago home.

Bolingbrook police are describing the shooting early Thursday as a "family disturbance." The cousin of one victim has been named as a suspect, but he is not in custody.

Authorities say he may be headed back to the Rockford area, where he's from.

A 36-year-old woman died in the incident. Police say two male victims fled the home on foot. One went to a neighbor's home, and the other went to village hall, where staff found him collapsed. Both are hospitalized in stable condition.

The victims' names have not been released.

Police Chief Kevin McCarthy says one victim, a 32-year-old man, is refusing to cooperate with the investigation.
