Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's corruption case is due in federal court Monday morning.
U.S. District Judge James B. Zagel is presiding over the case.
On Friday, Blagojevich's lawyers reluctantly agreed to be paid far below their usual rates in exchange for being allowed to tap his $2.3 million campaign fund.
The attorneys will be paid $110 an hour, which is the legal limit court-appointed lawyers can charge in federal cases.
Attorney Sheldon Sorosky is the only lawyer to commit himself in court to represent the now-impeached governor. Others have been said to be waiting to see if they would be paid.
Blagojevich has pleaded not guilty to charges alleging, among other things, he schemed to sell or trade President Obama's U.S. Senate seat.
