In one of the last performances before his death in August, Bernie Mac stars along with Samuel L. Jackson in Soul Men. The movie opened Friday in the No. 6 spot, grossing only $5.4 million. But the other movie Mac has a role in, a Madagascar sequel, opened at No. 1 grossing $63.1M.
