College, car and credit debts continue to linger over the heads of many young starlets nowadays.
But,
thanks to “The Frugalista Files,” we may have found a cure.
Natalie
P. McNeal teaches, the frugal way, on how to save money and look good while doing it. After
breaking down the mathematics of what she made in a year and through the use of
a social blog, this Chicago-Miami socialite went from being more than $20,000
in debt in January 2008 to be debt free just two years later.
McNeal’s
“No Buy Month” was the catalyst to it all.
With
her new endeavor, she was able to go out to parties, fly to journalist
conventions and even eat out, all for FREE.
The ‘Files’ went into not only the freedom of living without the dark cloud of debt doom hanging over your head, but that the light at the end of the tunnel can potentially lead to liberation of mediocre living.
Lesson
learned: a mediocre lifestyle leaves you living, but a frugal one means you’re
alive.
Are you
up to a “No Buy Month” challenge?
